Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough assessments of speech and language capabilities for students.
2. Create tailored intervention plans and objectives to address various communication challenges.
3. Deliver therapeutic services through both individual and group sessions to foster students' speech and language growth.
4. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support.
5. Regularly track and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as necessary.
6. Actively engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide essential insights.

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
2. ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for certification.
3. Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida.
4. Experience in a school or pediatric environment is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
