At Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation, we specialize in delivering comprehensive rehabilitation services to assist our residents in regaining their independence and returning to their homes.

Qualifications:


Successful candidates will possess the following:

  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a preference for graduates from a Master's or Doctorate Program in Physical Therapy.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, including data entry into systems such as Casamba and Point Click Care.
Additional Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program recognized by APTA & CAPTE.
  • Experience in delivering care within a post-acute or long-term care setting is preferred.
  • A current, unencumbered, active Colorado Physical Therapy License is mandatory.
  • CPR certification may be required.
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted Colorado driver's license.
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
  • COVID vaccination is required or a valid exemption must be provided.
