Overview

Advanced Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to support our team in providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Manage patient scheduling, registration, and check-in/check-out processes.
  • Process insurance verifications, authorizations, and payment collections.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
  • Perform routine administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • MS Office and basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality, and amazing customer service skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with others.
