Newtek One is seeking a highly experienced Compliance Risk Analyst to play an important role in assisting the VP Risk Governance Sr. Analyst. This role involves creating and updating risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines, and ensuring compliance with industry/regulatory standards, legal requirements, and organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in risk management and have a strong understanding of OCC, FRB, and SOX regulations. Knowledge of Venminder, Tandem, and Workiva is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$95,000 annually and a fast-paced work environment.
