Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Comcast's products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers.
  • Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities and increase their experience.
  • Take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions, listening and evaluating customer needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and handle all company products/services and gain their consent.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks, partnering with customer care to resolve customer issues as needed.
  • Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates.
  • Align with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
  • Complete training requirements and engage in team huddles and learning, understanding sales compensation plans and their key elements.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedules, and overtime as needed, and may be asked to work in alternate stores outside of the home base store.

Compensation

Base Pay: $15.00

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $22.69

Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Additionally, Comcast provides best-in-class Benefits to eligible employees.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED (Required)
  • 2-5 Years of Relative Work Experience
