Job Summary

Epic Oncology Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Medical Physicist to join its radiation oncology team. As a Medical Physicist, you will provide physics consultations to all radiation oncology personnel concerning aspects of patient care and treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physics consultations to radiation oncology personnel on patient care and treatment
  • Collaborate with radiation oncologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and effective treatment plans
  • Develop and implement physics protocols to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in medical physics
Requirements
  • Masters in Medical Physics
  • ABR Certified
  • 2+ years of experience in medical physics
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively to a group
  • Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills
  • Ability to resolve complex technical issues independently
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong time management skills
