Counselor Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Primary Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary treatment team at Clementine Twin Lakes, a residential treatment program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for eating disorders.
As a Primary Therapist, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy, serving as a liaison with families and outpatient providers. You will also interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management, and participate in discharge and aftercare planning.
Key responsibilities include providing safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients' intersecting identities. You will also model a healthy relationship with food during therapeutic meal support.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in clinical counseling or related discipline at minimum
- State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field
- Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
