We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team at Asbury Automotive Group. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on customer vehicles, ensuring they are returned in excellent condition.

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and battery testing
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Utilize product and technical training to ensure accurate and efficient work
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and programs

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Automotive technical school certifications a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
