Become a Key Player in Legal Defense

At Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB), we pride ourselves on being a distinguished team of legal professionals dedicated to excellence and innovation in the legal sector. Our First Party Property Practice Group is at the forefront of defending a diverse clientele against various First Party Property claims. We are currently seeking licensed attorneys with a strong background in First Party Property defense, particularly those with 10 years or more of relevant experience.

Your Role in the Practice Group

As part of our First Party Property Practice Group, you will engage with a wide array of clients, including employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured entities. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Drafting legal motions and representing clients in court hearings.
  • Preparing clients for depositions and attending them as necessary.
  • Creating comprehensive reports, including initial, interim, pre-trial, and appellate documentation.
  • Responding to discovery requests and formulating related motions.
  • Regularly attending court sessions to advocate for optimal outcomes.
  • Conducting depositions of fact and expert witnesses.

  • Admission to practice law in the State of Florida.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex legal challenges.

  • Experience in drafting and responding to discovery-related motions.
  • Regular attendance at court appearances.
  • Expertise in taking and defending depositions.
  • Ability to draft motions for summary judgment.
