We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Stellina Pizzeria - Tysons, a Michelin bib gourmand restaurant in Washington, DC. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our high-volume bar.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of our extensive food and beverage menu
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive retention and loyalty
• Guide guests through their dining and drinking experience, providing expert recommendations and advice
• Operate our point-of-sale system with ease and efficiency

• Strong understanding of beverage costs and inventory management
• Hands-on experience in cash handling and customer service
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
