### Job Title: Full-Time High School Speech-Language Pathologist

#### About the Position:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with high school students in Rochester, NY. This is a full-time position where you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet each student's unique needs and goals.

#### Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills.
* Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
* Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to help students improve their communication skills and overall academic performance.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' speech and language development within the classroom setting.
* Regularly monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy approaches as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Ensure all services are provided in compliance with state and federal regulations, including IDEA and other applicable laws.

#### Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; NY state licensure or eligibility required.
* Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable, particularly at the high school level.
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
