Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to enable profitable RWE operations business growth
- Lead the development of competitive, high-value solutions for our customers
- Monitor industry, regulatory, market, and stakeholder trends to inform RWE business growth strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams and external data owners to ensure RWD licensing and technology strategies meet evolving needs
- Proactively lead the development and management of processes to ensure key business metrics and targets are available, monitored, and realized
- 10+ years working in the pharmaceutical industry/pharmaceutical services with deep understanding of clinical research operations and/or product commercialization/value demonstration
- Familiarity with, and ideally deep knowledge of, the RWD/RWE research area and bringing products from clinical testing to commercialization
- Track record of successfully enabling business growth in the context of a CRO P&L unit desirable
- Very strong scientific/medical background with strong commercial experience, or vice versa
- Proven strategic thinker with experience in bringing new, profitable service lines to market
