About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Supervisor Registered Nurse to join our Nursing Administrative Team at HCA Florida Blake Hospital. As a House Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the hospital during your designated shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical expertise and leadership to ensure high-quality patient care in a high-acuity environment.
  • Assist in the coordination and facilitation of patient care and hospital operations.
  • Supervise, lead, and direct nursing staff to ensure the delivery of quality patient-centered care.

Requirements

  • Licensure as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure.
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' clinical experience in a hospital environment, with two years' experience in supervisory and/or management role preferred.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
