Job Summary

AL Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Biostatistician to join our team in a clinical research setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing assigned projects and providing statistical support for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement statistical analysis plans and reporting specifications for clinical studies.
  • Perform statistical analyses and interpret results from clinical studies.
  • Provide input to Protocol Risk Evaluation & Planning (PREP) and review of Trial Feasibility Listings (TFLs).
  • Review and develop randomization specifications and dummy randomization schemes.
  • Train and mentor junior statisticians on statistical methods and procedures.
  • Participate in bid defense meetings and contribute to the development and review of Case Report Forms (CRFs) and edit specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in clinical data management in a clinical research setting required.
  • Excellent statistical and communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute statistical expertise to the design, analysis, and reporting of global clinical studies.
  • Ability to plan, supervise, implement, and monitor statistical processes for complex clinical trials.
  • Ability to successfully interact with sponsors when leading projects.
