Mandara Spa, a global leader in luxury spa experiences, seeks a skilled Cosmetologist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to showcase their expertise in skincare, hair care, and nail services.

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, sharing knowledge with the team to enhance overall performance.
• Collaborate with the Spa Director to set daily and weekly targets for the service group, focusing on achieving exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and maintenance of professional stock levels to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a high-end resort or urban spa environment.
• Possession of a current Hawaii cosmetologist license.
• Demonstrated expertise in skincare therapy, including thorough education in skin anatomy and contraindicated treatments.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with ability to provide clear, concise guidance to colleagues and guests alike.
• A positive attitude, with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $$75,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, they will be offered a comprehensive benefits package, including paid company holidays, medical coverage, and a 401K plan.
