">About the Role:
">We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions and developing individualized treatment plans to promote healing and recovery. You will work closely with patients, their support system, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
">Salary and Benefits:
">The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, HSA options, a 401(k) plan with company match, and ongoing education opportunities.

">As a Physical Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible patient outcomes">

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy">
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state practicing in">
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirements">
- Valid CPR license">
- Experience/knowledge with an EMR software (preferred)">
- Excellent oral, written communication, and clinical decision-making skills">
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a positive, professional demeanor">
