About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to assist in our after school program at Ridgefield Academy.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with young children and be able to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our students.

Responsibilities will include supervising and guiding students through group activities, both indoors and outdoors, creating a positive and engaging learning experience.

We are looking for someone who is professional, easygoing, and able to work with children of preschool age.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a classroom or working with children of preschool age
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 2:30 - 5:30
  • Pay rate is $21-$23/hour, based on experience
