Cybersecurity Strategist

The successful candidate will support the incorporation of Women, Peace, and Security Act Public Law mandates into activities and mission areas that support joint cyber force development, planning, operations, training, and education. This includes assisting the WPS program lead with the integration of WPS principles in accordance with emerging DoD implementation guidance.

• Support the program lead in incorporating WPS Act Public Law mandates into activities and mission areas.
• Assist the WPS program lead with integrating WPS principles in accordance with emerging DoD implementation guidance.
• Support initiatives to incorporate WPS considerations into policy, campaign, and contingency planning and theater strategies.
• Develop plans to integrate WPS principles into Security Cooperation activities with partner nations.
• Support coordination of overseas travel for international meetings concerning WPS and develop training modules and programming for headquarters and subordinate command staff as required.

The ideal candidate must possess:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience with evaluating, reviewing, and reporting on project performance
• Active TS/SCI/CI Poly security clearance
• Experience with supporting Defense operations, strategy, policy analysis, or planning for Service, Joint, non-defense organizations, or foreign nations
• Experience with working in military service or Joint staff, including supporting senior military personnel and civilians
• Experience with defense security cooperation concepts, procedures, and execution
• Knowledge of WPS principles and gender equality concepts
• Knowledge of military processes, methodologies, and orders
• Ability to plan, initiate, monitor, and close-out projects
