Key Responsibilities
As a member of our nursing team, you will:
- Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established hospital policies and protocols.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Communicate treatment plans clearly to patients and their families.
- Interpret patient information and make informed decisions regarding care.
- Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Nurse licensure.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
