Operations Director

As an Operations Director at Atria Senior Living, you will oversee the daily operations of our communities, driving financial performance and customer satisfaction. With a focus on sales and customer service, you will partner with the Regional Vice President to develop strategies and tactics for growth.
About the Role- Execute the operations plan, evaluating all aspects of the business.
- Recruit, hire, develop, and performance manage a high-performing team.
- Ensure a safe and productive working and living environment.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus benefits including paid holidays and PTO, health insurance, and a retirement savings plan.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with the Regional Vice President in the development of all sales and operations strategies and tactics.
- Communicating community performance regularly.
- Supervising and partnering with Community Sales Managers to assess competitive threats and engage in business-to-business sales calls.
- Implementing successful strategies regarding labor, occupancy, expenses, and overall quality enhancement.
- Assisting in the development of community budgets and capital requirements.
- Acting as a liaison between field operations and the Support Center.
- Performing regular reviews of building needs and preventative maintenance.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Two to four years of experience in operations management with demonstrated success in meeting financial goals specific to senior/retirement living, assisted living, long-term care, hospitality, restaurant or retail management, or other related fields.
- Demonstrated success in operating and maintaining a quality, customer service-focused workforce.
- Experience in successfully recruiting, training, and developing team members.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
