As an Operations Director at Atria Senior Living, you will oversee the daily operations of our communities, driving financial performance and customer satisfaction. With a focus on sales and customer service, you will partner with the Regional Vice President to develop strategies and tactics for growth.

About the Role
  • Execute the operations plan, evaluating all aspects of the business.
  • Recruit, hire, develop, and performance manage a high-performing team.
  • Ensure a safe and productive working and living environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus benefits including paid holidays and PTO, health insurance, and a retirement savings plan.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with the Regional Vice President in the development of all sales and operations strategies and tactics.
  • Communicating community performance regularly.
  • Supervising and partnering with Community Sales Managers to assess competitive threats and engage in business-to-business sales calls.
  • Implementing successful strategies regarding labor, occupancy, expenses, and overall quality enhancement.
  • Assisting in the development of community budgets and capital requirements.
  • Acting as a liaison between field operations and the Support Center.
  • Performing regular reviews of building needs and preventative maintenance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Two to four years of experience in operations management with demonstrated success in meeting financial goals specific to senior/retirement living, assisted living, long-term care, hospitality, restaurant or retail management, or other related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in operating and maintaining a quality, customer service-focused workforce.
  • Experience in successfully recruiting, training, and developing team members.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
