Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight for the provision of care and serve as a resource to direct care staff
  • Coordinate on-site responses to incidents, errors, and sentinel events
  • Support the DON and/or Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned
  • Provide direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program and active state licensure in good standing
  • Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year of acute psychiatric experience and one year of management experience preferred
