Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy services to students experiencing communication challenges and/or language delays, under the guidance of a supervising SLP.
Perform thorough evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language issues.
Work in partnership with educators, families, and other educational team members to create tailored education plans (IEPs) for students.
Utilize evidence-based therapy methods and interventions to foster communication abilities.
Keep precise and current records of student progress, session documentation, and reports.
Participate in team meetings, parent discussions, and professional growth activities as necessary.
Uphold ethical and professional standards as established by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Eligibility for or possession of a Clinical Fellowship (CF) in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state licensure
Familiarity with contemporary best practices and evidence-based strategies in speech-language pathology
