Speech Pathologist Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide goal-oriented therapy services to our pediatric patients. As an SLP, you will assess patients' communication and swallowing disorders, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

- Assess patients' communication and swallowing disorders using standardized assessment tools.">
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals.">
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.">
- Participate in regular patient progress meetings to discuss treatment plans and progress.">
- Contribute to the development of new program initiatives and quality improvement projects.">
Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you must meet the qualifications established by ASHA or other professional organizations. This includes being licensed to practice speech therapy in the current state of practice, meeting education and experience requirements for certification, and having a valid driver's license. Experience in pediatric rehabilitative services is preferred but not required.
