The Guest Services Associate plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors. Under the guidance of management, this position is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests as they arrive at the bowling center.
  • Inform customers about available services, promotions, and league opportunities.
  • Allocate open lanes to guests efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the bowler area, lane approaches, and ball returns before new customers are assigned to lanes.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and Public Address (P.A.) system.
  • Process customer payments accurately, including cash and credit transactions.
  • Ensure rental shoes are clean and free of any foreign substances during distribution and collection.
  • Assist with customer inquiries via telephone and take messages as needed.
  • Support promotional activities by posting bulletins and distributing flyers as time allows.
  • Engage in promoting bowling, food, and beverage services to enhance customer experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A High School Diploma or equivalent experience in the service industry is required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Two years of experience in customer-facing roles within the bowling, food service, hospitality, or retail sectors.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.
