We are seeking a skilled Construction Representative 2 to join our team in Illinois - Chicago. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing construction inspections and evaluating the condition of structures.

About the Role:

This is a regular full-time position that requires no travel. We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $65,000 per annum, based on experience.

Job Description:

  • Perform construction inspections of basic to moderate complexity.
  • Evaluate the condition of structures and document deterioration, structural condition, and any needed sampling.
  • Document deficiencies between design and execution of construction.
  • Provide reports to project leadership upon discovery of deficiencies or issues with construction work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of related experience.
  • Basic knowledge of arithmetic, materials, methods, and equipment used in construction.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
