Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume full P&L responsibility for the branch.
  • Formulate and communicate a strategic Business Plan aligned with operational goals, inspiring the team to achieve these objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth and enhance profitability through effective business development initiatives, including geographical expansion and new service offerings.
  • Lead a professional sales team, ensuring accountability for sales performance, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to foster organizational development through career advancement and training programs.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing talent to meet established revenue and profitability benchmarks, adhering to company KPIs.
  • Ensure the organization consistently delivers on our commitment to exceptional customer service and timely service delivery.
  • Contribute to the creation of a comprehensive Training and Onboarding program, covering technical skills, soft skills, safety protocols, and coaching at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across various functions.
  • Strong business acumen with the capability to develop and execute a Business Plan.
  • Analytical proficiency to interpret data and derive actionable insights based on KPIs.

Experience and Education:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the service industry, demonstrating P&L accountability, sales management, and customer service excellence.
  • Sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations.
  • Experience in consumer service industries such as plumbing, HVAC, or home improvement is advantageous.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
