About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Tax Accountant Specialist to work with our CPA firm client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation and planning, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial opportunities for clients.
- Analyze financial statements, assess tax implications, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for tax planning.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, address concerns, and provide tax-related advice.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
- 10+ years of tax accounting and consulting work required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Our client offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 per year, as well as access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, and a 401(k) plan.
