Position Summary
We are in search of a seasoned tax professional who is dedicated to delivering outstanding client service while guiding a team toward achieving excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing tax engagements, ensuring precision and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Leading a team of tax specialists, offering mentorship and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
- Formulating and executing tax strategies that enhance client outcomes and reduce tax obligations.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and providing customized solutions.
- Keeping up-to-date with tax legislation, regulations, and industry developments, and sharing this knowledge with the team and clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing our tax practice, nurturing client relationships, and delivering strategic tax planning and compliance advice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA designation is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of tax-related experience.
- Proficient in reviewing individual and entity tax returns.
- Strong technical knowledge in tax planning, compliance, and consulting.
- Experience with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
