Position Summary

We are in search of a seasoned tax professional who is dedicated to delivering outstanding client service while guiding a team toward achieving excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing tax engagements, ensuring precision and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Leading a team of tax specialists, offering mentorship and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Formulating and executing tax strategies that enhance client outcomes and reduce tax obligations.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and providing customized solutions.
  • Keeping up-to-date with tax legislation, regulations, and industry developments, and sharing this knowledge with the team and clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing our tax practice, nurturing client relationships, and delivering strategic tax planning and compliance advice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA designation is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of tax-related experience.
  • Proficient in reviewing individual and entity tax returns.
  • Strong technical knowledge in tax planning, compliance, and consulting.
  • Experience with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
