Position: Security Analyst (GRC)

Location: Boca Raton, FL | Duration: Long Term

Key Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in IT Audit, with a preference for CISA certification.
  • 3 years of experience in the IT Risk Management lifecycle.
  • 3 years of hands-on technical experience, such as development or system administration.
  • Familiarity with the NIST Risk Assessment Standard.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct reviews related to PCI, SOC2, ISO, and relevant Client cybersecurity controls to ensure compliance with established standards and Client security policies.
  • Plan and execute evaluations of IT security controls effectiveness, managing remediation efforts for identified gaps.
  • Maintain an IT security risk and compliance matrix, providing management reporting that includes IT systems controls and business process risks.
  • Oversee the Third Party Risk Management Program (TPRM), analyzing SOC-2 and other reports while mapping to key IT security and compliance controls.
  • Manage the IT security vulnerabilities management program in alignment with PCI and NIST standards.
  • Identify and prioritize the value, sensitivity, and criticality of operations and assets to determine their importance in the event of a threat.
  • Estimate potential losses or damages for critical assets and operations if a threat materializes, including recovery costs.
  • Identify cost-effective strategies to mitigate and reduce risks, including the implementation of new policies and technical controls.
  • Coordinate, track, and verify the remediation of audit findings.
  • Document results and develop action plans for mitigating identified risks.
  • Produce formal audit reports in accordance with ISACA Audit Standards.
  • Promote compliance with regulatory requirements and IT best practices.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Certifications:

  • CISA and CISSP certifications are preferred.
