Respiratory Therapist

Cliffside Rehabilitation & Residential Health Care Center, a 218-bed modern Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will work closely with our resident Pulmonologist in our acclaimed weaning program, providing comprehensive respiratory care to our patients.

• Provide respiratory care to patients on ventilators and tracheostomy tubes
• Collaborate with the Pulmonologist and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the Pulmonologist
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

• New York State license in Respiratory Therapy and RRT required
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar setting
• Ability to work closely with a team and communicate effectively with patients and families
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Competitive hourly rate: $55-57/hr plus benefits
