Job Title: Paratransit Driver

Join Midwest Paratransit Services, a leading provider of shared-ride and dial-a-ride services in the Minneapolis and St. Paul communities, as a Paratransit Driver. We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to transport clients safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport clients to and from destinations in a timely and safe manner.
  • Arrive at destinations on schedule and fulfill administrative needs, such as office pickups.
  • Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays to ensure efficient routes.
  • Use navigation applications to determine the best route and interact with clients professionally.
  • Ensure the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use, and arrange for repairs as needed.
  • Keep mileage records and repair records up to date.
Requirements:
  • No CDL required.
  • Two shifts available: Saturday & Sunday 7:00AM-5:00PM, Wednesday & Thursday 6:30AM-5:30PM, or Saturday & Sunday 7:00AM-12:00PM, Monday - Wednesday 6:00AM-5:00PM.
  • $22.00/hour.
