Job Summary:

Shari's Cafe and Pies is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Consistently prepare, cook, and plate all food items to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Food Safety: Comply with all food safety requirements to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
  • Inventory Management: Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work station to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a clean environment.
  • Product Handling and Storage: Handle, store, and rotate all products properly to ensure freshness and quality.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a cook or in a related role is required.
  • Skills: Strong cooking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
