Certification Requirements
  • Licensed in Iowa.
  • Submission of all relevant certifications, such as ACLS, TNCC, PALS, NRP.
  • Mandatory Reporter Certificates for Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse.
  • Completion of CareLearning educational modules.
  • Mandatory Reporter training will be included in modules if the candidate is not certified. Must be completed prior to commencement.
Position Overview
  • Graduate from an accredited Pharmacy program and licensed in Iowa.
  • PharmD or RPh degree is essential.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in an acute care environment or completion of an ASHP accredited residency is preferred.
  • Trained in USP 797 and 800 sterile compounding.
Job Expectations
  • PharmD or RPh degree is mandatory.

Work Schedule
  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; every third Saturday rotation from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
