As a vital representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Operations Manager embodies the company’s commitment to customer service. This role involves overseeing, coordinating, and executing project activities to meet service requirements and ensure a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute production processes as planned while ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Enhance customer and client interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction reflected in feedback.
  • Clearly communicate expectations to restoration teams and supervise their operations.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for each job to support the services rendered.
  • Manage labor and resource utilization on assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and office personnel regarding project status and challenges.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all OSHA regulations for workplace safety.
  • Safeguard company assets by properly managing equipment and materials.
  • Provide coaching and training to restoration staff.

Position Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
  • IICRC certification is advantageous but not mandatory.

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies:

  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at heights, as well as in confined spaces.
  • Proficient in repetitive physical tasks including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning agents.
