Automotive Biller

Mills Auto Group is seeking a skilled Biller to join our team at our Hampton Auto Mall location. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle sales, trade payoffs, and F&I product payables.

• Post vehicle sales for new and used car sales and verify required paperwork
• Issue trade payoffs via check or online/eft
• Submit F&I product payables on a timely basis
• Process F&I product cancellations
• Manage deal receivable, rebates, and inventory schedules
• Respond to inquiries from sales management as needed
• Perform basic and routine accounting functions
• Knowledge of the Title process
• Other administrative duties as necessary

• Previous accounting experience required, dealership preferred
• Understanding of accounting principles, credits/debits
• Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
