Our employees are responsible for the regular inspection, maintenance, and renewal of thousands of bridges, hundreds of tunnels, and numerous ancillary facilities. They also manage traffic and coordinate operations.
We are seeking a skilled professional to help shape the future of highway infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Oversee the planning, tendering, awarding, and construction of extensive renovations/repairs/renewals/expansions in the area of existing traffic control systems, as well as handle smaller traffic control systems. This includes:
- Project management for the construction of traffic control systems (costs, deadlines)
- Coordination with supporting specialist planners
- Creation of preliminary designs
- Preparation of execution plans including tendering
- Acceptance and settlement of services including warranty monitoring
- Tendering and Contract Management: Tender, award, and settle engineering services, as well as manage and control engineering offices, including review and monitoring of associated services.
- Qualifications and Experience: Completed university degree (Dipl.-Ing. (FH) / Bachelor), preferably in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar qualification. Several years of professional experience in project management.
- Additional Requirements: Class B driver's license. Negotiation skills in German.
