Anthony's Restaurants is seeking a highly skilled Mixology Expert to join our team in the Pacific Northwest. As a Mixology Expert, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, operating, and closing the bar, taking drink orders from guests and servers, and preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in strict adherence to standardized recipes. You will also be responsible for taking food orders from guests seated at the bar, ringing food and drink orders in POS systems, collecting payments, and making change. Additionally, you will be responsible for washing glassware and preparing drink garnishes, following strict guidelines to prevent over-service or serving minors. **Company Overview**

**Salary & Benefits**
The estimated salary for this position is $17.28 - $17.28 hourly, plus tips. Full-time employees maintaining an average of 25 hours a week are eligible for medical insurance and an HSA account, while those maintaining 20 hours can choose dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet insurance. We also offer a 401k plan with an annual discretionary match after one year of employment, as well as sick leave and other benefits.
**Job Description**
As a Mixology Expert, you will be responsible for:
* Setting up, maintaining, operating, and closing the bar
* Taking drink orders from guests and servers, and preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in strict adherence to standardized recipes
* Taking food orders from guests seated at the bar
* Ringing food and drink orders in POS systems, collecting payments, and making change
* Washing glassware and preparing drink garnishes
* Following strict guidelines to prevent over-service or serving minors
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
* High school graduate or equivalent
* Previous experience in a high-volume, Class H bar, familiar with standard drink recipes
* Must be at least 21, able to speak, read, write, and understand English, and perform simple mathematical calculations
* Must be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Able to remain on feet for periods of up to four hours, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
