Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced cook/prep cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to a high standard, while maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work effectively under pressure. They will also be able to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management.

Duties and Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Maintaining a Guest Focus and Positive Attitude
  2. Communicating Effectively and Clearly
  3. Assuming 100% Responsibility for Quality of Products Served
  4. Able to Exert Well-Paced Mobility Throughout Scheduled Shift
  5. Complies with Company Policies, Procedures, Equipment Use, and Food Preparation
  6. Stocks and Maintains Sufficient Levels of Food Products to Assure Efficient Service
  7. Maintains a Clean and Sanitary Workstation
  8. Handles, Stores, Labels, Dates, and Rotates All Products Properly and Consistently
  9. Complies with All Company Guidelines Regarding Food Safety and Personal Safety
  10. Completes Required Tasks Within Assigned Time Frames
  11. Assists in Line Service, Maintenance, Cleanliness, and/or Other Kitchen Duties as Assigned
  12. Follow Procedures for Opening, Closing, and On-Going Cleanliness
  13. Able to Reach, Bend, Stoop, and Frequently
  14. Able to Work in a Standing Position for Long Periods of Time
