Hospital Human Resources Director Opportunity

Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a seasoned Hospital Human Resources Director to lead our HR team and drive strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee employee relations, talent acquisition, and training and development
  • Manage employee health and benefit programs
  • Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive business outcomes

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in human resources
  • Strong focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, and training and development
  • Experience in healthcare industry preferred
