Job Summary

NextGen Security is seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent in the security industry, managing the interview process, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update job descriptions and craft new ones for various positions
  • Post job openings on applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, and the NextGen website
  • Proactively source resumes for candidates at all NextGen offices
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, including excellent candidate communication
  • Oversight of the applicant tracking system, including crafting posting questions and candidate responses
  • Manage documentation associated with applicants from phone screens to in-person interviews
  • Conduct initial phone screens of candidates
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding hiring
  • Manage recruiter relationships as needed
  • Maintain a resume database and reach out to past candidates for open positions
  • Initiate and manage reference processes for all candidates
  • Provide weekly recruiting updates to hiring managers and the Director of HR
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in computer software, business solutions, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers, coworkers, and other personnel
  • Commitment to integrity and company standards and procedures
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
