Your responsibilities will include collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including attending physicians, residents, and fellows, to ensure comprehensive patient care in alignment with state medical regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a comprehensive range of healthcare services, encompassing health promotion, disease prevention, and anticipatory guidance.
- Act as a vital educational resource for patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Engage in annual departmental Quality Improvement initiatives.
Utilize advanced clinical knowledge to assess and manage a diverse patient caseload effectively.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct thorough health, developmental, and family history assessments, accurately documented in patient records.
- Collaborate with various healthcare disciplines to provide holistic care.
- Identify and address patient and family learning needs, considering cultural and belief systems.
All employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any recommended booster doses, unless a medical or religious exemption is approved.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Certification as a Physician Assistant by the relevant medical board.
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
- Active RN license required.
