Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collect and analyze patient data to inform care decisions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Supervise and mentor other team members to promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive best practices and patient satisfaction.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN).
- One year of acute care RN experience.
- Acceptance into Cone Health New Graduate program or completion of an acute care new graduate program.
