This position provides backup support for business office functions, ensuring seamless coverage for various operational work units within Christus Health. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing backup coverage and support for various positions within Christus Health as assigned by the manager.
- Delivering coaching and mentoring to associates on transactional processes assigned by the manager.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Financial Representative will be responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and reimbursement validation.
- Providing training and support to associates on RCBS processes.
- Assisting with cash posting, mail handling, scanning, sorting, assembly, copying, faxing, and data entry functions.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
