Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center.

**About the Role:**

As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. You will be responsible for preparing operating rooms, maintaining equipment, and assisting surgeons during procedures.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
- Assist surgeons and other medical staff during procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the surgical team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

**Requirements:**

- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Certified Surgical Technician (CST) certification
- 1 year of experience in a surgical setting
