Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dish Steward to join our kitchen team. As a Dish Steward, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom, ensuring that our kitchen operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload dishwashing machines in a timely manner, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Take out the trash and ensure that all garbage cans are supplied with new bags daily.
  • Sweep floors, mop, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the dishroom.
  • Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned, including food preparation and serving.
