Job Summary

ManTech International Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Staff Financial Analyst to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role. As a key member of our financial management team, you will be responsible for providing financial control functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, and establishing/managing program cost baselines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, utilizing financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing to support strategic planning.
  • Financial Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to support decision-making processes, and prepare accurate and concise financial reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, direct, manage, mentor, and train team(s) in financial management efforts, tools, and practices.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Customer Support: Support customer budget requests and submissions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve financial discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in financial management, with a strong understanding of defense contracting, FAR, and CAS.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree: An advanced degree in a related field.
  • FinOps Experience: Experience with financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • TBM Experience: Experience with Technology Business Management, including identification, inputs, tracking, and management for customer IT investments.
Clearance Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Top-Secret Clearance: Must hold a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • DHS EOD Suitability: Must be able to obtain DHS EOD suitability; active EOD suitability is highly desired.
