Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Armed Security Specialist to join our team in providing top-notch security services to our clients. As an Armed Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' campuses and events.

Responsibilities
  • Provide concierge-level security services to our clients, including campus and event security
  • De-escalate tense situations and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Write detailed incident reports following any incident or occurrence that warrants documentation
  • Conduct quality investigations and complete investigative reports
  • Provide response services related to emergency and crisis planning, high-risk terminations, workforce disruptions, natural disasters, civil unrest, and threat monitoring
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Law enforcement, security, and/or military experience preferred
  • Texas DPS Level IV License and CCW or HR218 required
Competencies
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to complete thorough and accurate investigations and reports
  • Access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring experience
  • Strong problem resolution skills
  • Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
Working Conditions
  • Exposure to sensitive and confidential information
  • Regular computer usage
  • Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision
  • Exposure to stressful situations, such as challenging individuals who are in or approaching an unauthorized area
Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
