- Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms based on priority categories, in line with franchise and hotel standards.
- Restocking and returning the cleaning cart at the end of your shift.
- Performing additional deep cleaning and seasonal tasks as scheduled.
- Completing other responsibilities as assigned.
Your primary duty will be to clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring adherence to the hotel's cleanliness standards. You will also be responsible for reporting maintenance issues and addressing guest requests or complaints, while ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest accommodations.
Qualifications
- At least one year of cleaning experience; prior hotel experience is preferred.
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests, management, and colleagues.
- Understanding of proper chemical handling procedures.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
- Familiarity with local attractions and activities suitable for guests.
