Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate at Duck Thru Food Stores, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and performing various sales and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast, order, stock, and merchandise product
- Stock refrigerator units with drinks and perishable goods
- Ensure prompt reconciliation of store operations paperwork
- Keep work area neat, clean, and organized
- Clean front/face and restock shelving, displays, and coolers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and facilities
- Enter all sales in the register at the time of sale
- Make drops into the safe per instructions
- Prepare shift reports accurately
- Assist the Store Manager with store operations
Customer Service:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, and it is essential to provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service. This includes greeting and thanking all customers in a timely and professional manner, suggesting possible purchases to the customer, and promoting store specials.
Job Specifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to operate necessary machines within the store, previous retail experience is preferred, and you must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will also be accountable for large amounts of cash and must be able to follow instructions.
