Core Responsibilities:
- Continuous Quality Enhancement:
- Drive and oversee continuous improvement projects within the Quality Assurance division.
- Identify, assess, and execute process enhancements to improve product quality and minimize defects.
- Employ Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality enhancement methodologies to optimize workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Quality Assurance Collaboration:
- Partner with Quality Assurance teams to design and enhance quality control processes and protocols.
- Perform root cause analysis for quality-related challenges and formulate corrective measures.
- Support the development and execution of quality management systems (QMS).
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Gather and scrutinize quality data to uncover trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
- Compile and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) linked to quality enhancement initiatives.
- Evaluate the success of implemented solutions and propose further enhancements.
- Training and Development:
- Deliver training and guidance to personnel on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.
- Create and present training materials focused on quality enhancement methodologies.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Engage closely with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure cohesive efforts on quality enhancement initiatives.
- Participate in cross-departmental teams to tackle quality challenges and boost overall product quality.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or continuous improvement roles.
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
- Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
Additional Requirements:
- Capability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards or other relevant quality standards is advantageous.
